Joseph Chow, an independent nonexecutive director at Hong Kong-listed companies Harbour Centre Development Ltd. and Road King Infrastructure, passed away Oct. 13.

Chow was also an audit committee member at Harbour Centre, and held the chairmanship of the remuneration committee and memberships in both the audit and nomination committees of Road King, according to separate releases.

Road King will seek and appoint Chow's replacement within three months from Oct. 13.
