Operations-focused middle-market private equity firm Transom Capital Group LLC bought video surveillance solutions provider Pelco from Schneider Electric SE.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, according to a May 29 release.

Latham & Watkins represented Transom as mergers and acquisition counsel, and Perkins Coie was debt finance counsel. Debt financing was provided by Wells Fargo. R.W. Baird was Pelco's financial adviser.
