Hilton Inc. announced the departure of a director in connection with the close of the offering of up to 1.5 million shares of Hilton common stock by affiliates of Blackstone Group LP

William Stein is resigning from the company's board of directors, effective as of the close of the offering, or June 14, whichever occurs first. The offering is expected to close June 13.

According to a filing, Stein's departure is not due to any differences with the company.
