KeyHolder Inc. said its normalized net income for the fiscal third quarter ended Dec. 31, 2014, amounted to 32 Japanese sen per share, a decrease of 80.7% from ¥1.68 per share in the year-earlier period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was ¥45.0 million, a decline of 80.7% from ¥233.8 million in the prior-year period.
The normalized profit margin declined to 0.7% from 3.7% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue decreased year over year to ¥6.10 billion from ¥6.38 billion, and total operating expenses came to ¥6.00 billion, compared with ¥5.96 billion in the prior-year period.
Reported net income fell 87.2% on an annual basis to ¥43.0 million, or 31 sen per share, from ¥335.0 million, or ¥2.41 per share.
As of Feb. 12, US$1 was equivalent to ¥118.90.
