Perseus H1 profit falls YOY

Perseus SA said its normalized net income for the first half came to €137,020, a decrease of 11.0% from €154,010 in the prior-year period.

Normalized net income excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis.

Total revenue decreased 6.7% year over year to €17.8 million from €19.1 million, and total operating expenses decreased 7.1% from the prior-year period to €16.5 million from €17.8 million.

Reported net income rose 31.4% from the prior-year period to €230,940, or 1 cents per share, from €175,700, or 1 cents per share.
