* Bloomington, Minn.-based Bridgewater Bank appointed David Volk to its board.

Volk currently serves as principal at Castle Creek Capital.

Bridgewater Bank is a unit of Bridgewater Bancshares Inc.

* Former Scott Valley Bank Senior Vice President Larry Mulloy was appointed to the board of the Yreka, Calif.-based bank, a unit of Learner Financial Corp.

* First Hawaiian Bank named Song Choi senior vice president and marketing communications division manager, filling a role vacated by Chris Dods.

Dods in April took on an expanded role as head of the bank's consumer banking and marketing group.

The Honolulu-based bank is a unit of First Hawaiian Inc.
