Nightingale affiliate buys Cousins Properties' Fla. office building for $80M

Cousins Properties Inc. sold the Lincoln Place office building in Miami Beach, Fla., for $80 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported.

The eight-floor property at 1601 Washington Ave. offers 110,000 square feet of office space; 30,000 square feet of retail; and a 500-space parking garage. It is on a ground lease with the city of Miami Beach, with LNR Partners as the sole office tenant.

According to the report, the company sold the asset to Nightingale Group affiliate NG 1601 Washington Ave. LLC.
