INVO Bioscience Inc. director Claude Ranoux resigned over disagreements on how to run the business.
Ranoux had initially indicated that he wanted Kathleen Karloff, the company's chairperson and CEO, to be replaced. Instead, the INVO board decided to replace Ranoux as president and treasurer and remove him as chief scientist of the company.
Robert Bowdring was then elected as treasurer and secretary of the corporation while Karloff was elected chairman, president and CEO.
The INVO board plans to review a list of candidates to fill the vacancy left by Ranoux's resignation.
