Freddie Mac prices $212M structured pass-through certificates offering

Freddie Mac has priced an offering of structured pass-through certificates backed by underlying collateral consisting of supplemental multifamily mortgages.

About $212 million of K certificates will settle on or about Feb. 15.

The K-J11 certificates are backed corresponding classes issued by the FREMF 2017-KJ11 mortgage trust and guaranteed by Freddie Mac. The trust will also issue certificates consisting of the class B and R certificates, which will not be guaranteed by the company and will not back any class of K-J11 certificates.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is acting as the lead manager and sole book runner of the offering. Amherst Pierpont Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Multi-Bank Securities Inc. are co-managers.
