Zayo prices upsized debt offering

Zayo GroupHoldings Inc. unit Zayo Group LLC upsized and priced a privateoffering of its 6.375% senior notes due 2025.

The offering was upsized to $550 million from $350 millionvia an add-on to its existing issue, the company said March 31. The offering isexpected to close on or about April 14, subject to the satisfaction of variouscustomary closing conditions.

Zayo intends to use the net proceeds plus cash on hand toredeem its about $326 million of remaining 10.125% senior notes due 2020,including the required make-whole premium and accrued interest, and to repayabout $197 million of borrowings under its secured term loan facility.
