Panama's Banvivienda to offer up to $2M in debt

Banco Panameño de la Vivienda SA on Dec. 19 plans to offer up to $2.0 million in negotiable commercial securities.

The six-month series CC debt carries a 3.375% interest rate and will be issued Dec. 21.

The bank will use the funds from the issuance to finance the expansion of its productive assets.

The offering is part of Banvivienda's negotiable commercial securities program worth up to $50.0 million.
