Och-Ziff closes €413M European CLO

Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC has closed a €413 million European collateralized loan obligation.

This is the company's first European CLO transaction, and it will invest predominantly in broadly syndicated senior secured loans. The CLO, arranged by Bank of America Merrill Lynch, will be managed through Och-Ziff Europe Loan Management Ltd.
