Kroll Bond Rating Agency affirmed and withdrew the A+ deposit and senior unsecured debt ratings for Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. The rating has a stable outlook.

The rating agency also affirmed and withdrew the K1 short-term deposit and debt ratings for the Toronto-based company.

Kroll withdrew the ratings for business purposes.
