Peapack-Gladstone Bank has hired Todd Poland as executive vice president and general counsel.

Prior to joining the Bedminster, N.J.-based bank, Poland was a partner at McElroy Deutsch Mulvaney & Carpenter LLP. His focus was on banking, corporation and securities law, and he has experience in representing parties in private equity deals and M&A.
