Ford Motor Credit to redeem bonds in November

Ford MotorCredit Co. LLC plans to redeem a series of 7.50% continuouslyoffered bonds due Aug. 20, 2032, later this year.

The redemption will occur Nov. 21 at a price equal to the principalamount of outstanding notes plus accrued and unpaid interest to Nov. 20.

About $7.7 million in principal amount is still outstanding.The notes were originally issued in August 2002 at a principal amount of about$8.0 million.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the notes' trustee and willbe the redemption agent.
