John Boehner, James Gowans and William Mulrow were added to the board of Titan Mining Corp. as directors.
Algold Resources Ltd. director John Hick retired to allow major shareholder Wafa Mining & Petroleum SA nominee Ousmane Kane to join the board as a director.

Neil McMillan agreed to join the board of Rockcliff Metals Corp. as a director, replacing Gerry McCarvill, who resigned.
Falco Resources Ltd. CFO Vincent Metcalfe vacated his post, and Anthony Glavac is filling the position in the interim.
Nova Scotia Senator Michael MacDonald joined as a director for Canada Carbon Inc.
Osino Resources Corp. selected David Hodgson and Lazarus Shigwedha as independent directors. Director David Toyoda left the Canada-listed explorer.
Gerald Panneton took over as president and CEO of Prophecy Development Corp. Panneton replaced John Lee, who will remain with the Canadian company as chairman.
BlueBird Battery Metals Inc. picked Leigh Hughes to replace Terence Topping as a director.

Anton du Plessis was picked to take up the roles of CEO and a director for Erris Resources PLC, replacing Merlin Marr-Johnson, who stepped down to pursue other business interests.
Lead Ventures Inc. said Roma Khanna withdrew her name as a director nominee in the resulting company following a reverse takeover with vertically integrated medical and wellness cannabis operator PalliaTech Inc. Peter Derby was named as a nominee to replace Khanna as a director.
