Underwriters buy additional notes in Cowen senior debt offering

The underwriters of Cowen Inc.'s offering of 7.35% senior notes due 2027 have fully exercised their overallotment option to buy more of the notes.

An additional $18 million of the notes were purchased, bringing the total principal amount of the notes sold to $138 million.

Morgan Stanley, UBS Investment Bank and Cowen are joint book-running managers. JMP Securities and Ladenburg Thalmann are co-managers.
