ICICI Bank raises ¥10B via note offering

ICICI Bank Ltd. raised ¥10 billion via an offering of fixed-rate notes through its branch in Dubai.

The Indian bank said in a Form 6-K filed Dec. 9 that the five-year notes were priced with a coupon of 0.678%. They were sold under the bank's Tokyo pro-bond program, which is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

As of Dec. 9, US$1 was equivalent to ¥115.18.
