* FineMark National Bank & Trust named Andy Sheppard and Joe Cleveland senior vice presidents and private wealth advisers in investments and trust, respectively.

Sheppard and Cleveland join FineMark National from Synovus Trust Co. NA. While Sheppard served as a senior portfolio manager, Cleveland was a senior trust relationship manager at the Columbus, Ga.-based Synovus Financial Corp. unit.

Fort Myers, Fla.-based FineMark National Bank & Trust is a unit of FineMark Holdings Inc.

* Nashville, Tenn.-based Pinnacle Financial Partners Inc. named Mickey Renner regional president for the entire South Carolina coast, including Myrtle Beach, Charleston and Hilton Head.

Renner was South Carolina business banking executive at Wells Fargo & Co.

* Boiling Springs Savings Bank promoted Kenneth Emerson to senior executive vice president and chief operating and strategy officer — an expansion of his duties from his previous role as executive vice president and chief operations and strategy officer.

The Rutherford, N.J.-based bank is a unit of Boiling Springs Bancorp. Its ultimate parent is Boiling Springs MHC.
