*  named CharikleiaApalagaki interim chairman after Michalis Sallas from his role as chairman.Sallas was voted anhonorary chairman by the board for his contributions during his 25-year tenureat the bank.

*National Bank of GreeceSA namedPanagiotis Leftheris the new representative of the onthe bank's board of directors, following notification from the fund and theboard of directors meeting on July 19. Leftheris replaces Charalampos Makkas, whoresigned. The appointment is subject to approval from the Single SupervisoryMechanism of the ECB.
