BrookfieldAsset Management Inc. has expanded the size of potential offeringsunder a shelfregistration statement from June 2015 to up to US$3.50 billion.

The registration previously covered offerings totaling up toUS$2.50 billion.

The filing covers debt securities, class A preference sharesand class A limited voting shares of Brookfield Asset Management and debtsecurities of Brookfield Finance Inc.
