Match Group Inc.was hit with another lawsuit, as Goldberg Law PC said April 8 that it filed a suitseeking class-action status against the company.
The IAC/InterActiveCorpunit, which offered an IPOin November 2015, revealed Feb. 2 that its total user growth has declined, and thatthe cannibalization of users from competing platforms has contributed to lower revenue,according to the complaint.
Goldberg Law has called on investors who purchased shares inconnection with the company's IPO to contact the law firm.
Gainey McKenna & Egleston filed a similar against the company in February.
