ContraFect CEO returns from medical leave

ContraFect Corp. CEO Steven Gilman returned from medical leave to resume his position, effective June 1.

The board has disbanded the interim office of the CEO, effective as of the same date.

Natalie Bogdanos, Cara Cassino and Josh Muntner are no longer serving as co-principal executive officers, co-principal financial officers and co-principal accounting officers.
