Scotty Cawthon, president of Henderson Texas Bancshares Inc. and unit Texas Bank, died Nov. 17, according to an online obituary.
Cawthon joined Texas Bank in April 1997 and prior to that was a commissioned bank examiner with the Texas Department of Banking.
