Vistara Capital Partners provided an undisclosed amount of growth capital to CoolIT Systems Inc.

The Canada-based private equity firm made the investment through its US$100 million Vistara Technology Growth Fund III LP fund, which offers debt financing for North American technology companies.

CoolIT provides data center original equipment manufacturers and operators with liquid cooling solutions, including the modular Rack DCLC technology.
