Comforia buying 3 assets for ¥6.31B, selling 1 for ¥1.2B

Comforia Residential REIT Inc. is acquiring three assets in Tokyo for ¥6.31 billion and selling a property for ¥1.20 billion.

The company is acquiring a beneficial interest in the 84-unit, 5,528.18-square-meter COMFORIA AKABANEIWABUCHI apartment building for ¥2.50 billion and a beneficial interest in the 2,244.68-square-meter, 65-unit COMFORIA SHINJUKU apartment building for ¥2.15 billion. The COMFORIA RYOGOKU TROIS property, a 57-unit apartment building, is being acquired for ¥1.66 billion.

Comforia Residential is selling a beneficial interest in COMFORIA YOKOHAMAKANNAI for ¥1.20 billion. The asset being sold is an apartment building in Kanagawa, Japan, with 60 rentable units.

As of March 14, US$1 was equivalent to ¥106.17.
