Report: Bruin Sports mulls sale of streaming-service provider Deltatre

Bruin Sports Capital LLC is working with advisers as it reviews strategic options for Deltatre Ltd., including a potential sale that could value the streaming-service provider at $1 billion or more, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

Deltatre caters to sports and entertainment giants such as the National Football League Inc., UEFA and Discovery Inc.

The sports and entertainment-focused private equity firm led by former NASCAR and IMG executive George Pyne bought the target company for roughly $160 million in 2016.

Bruin did not comment on the potential sale, according to Bloomberg.
