Avanza BankHolding AB (publ) and unit Avanza Bank AB appointed Johan Prom CEO.

Prom will take office by Jan. 1, 2017, with Henrik Källén remainingas acting CEO until then. Prom was most recently commercial director at Swedishfood company Menigo, where he was responsible for the group functions category,sourcing, private label and marketing.
