Russian food retailer Public Joint Stock Co. Magnit appointed Petr Molchanov as chief investment officer.
He will be responsible for Magnit's capital markets and M&A-related activities. He will also lead communication with shareholders, investors and analysts.
Molchanov is the former investment banking head for Russia at Renaissance Capital.
