NexPhase Capital LP made an investment in DealerOn Inc., which offers a website platform and digital marketing services for car dealerships.

The Rockville, Md.-headquartered company's founders Ali Amirrezvani and Amir Amirrezvani will continue to lead the business.

NexPhase is a lower-middle-market investor targeting companies in the consumer, healthcare, and software and services sectors.

Lowenstein Sandler LLP was legal adviser to NexPhase. Horatio Partners was financial adviser to DealerOn, while Foley & Lardner LLP was its legal counsel.
