Central Minnesota CU completes merger with Collegeville Community CU

In Minnesota, Melrose-based Central Minnesota CU completed its merger with Collegeville-based Collegeville Community CU.

The acquisition was effective May 1, according to a July 14 report by the Minnesota Commerce Department's Division of Financial Institutions recently acquired by S&P Global Market Intelligence.

As of June 30, Central Minnesota CU had $1.00 billion in assets. Collegeville Community CU had $10.3 million in assets as of March 31.
