YES BANK raises 15B rupees via bond issue

YES BANK Ltd. has raised 15 billion Indian rupees through a bond issuance on a private placement basis.

The unsecured Basel III-compliant Tier 2 bonds were priced with a coupon of 7.80% per year and will mature Oct. 1, 2027.

The bonds, allotted Oct. 3, will be listed on BSE Ltd., according to a same-day release.

As of Oct. 3, US$1 was equivalent to 65.47 Indian rupees.
