Active Biotech AB raised 55 million Swedish kronor via a 13-for-1 rights issue.

Shareholders subscribed to 6,643,426 stocks at 8 kronor apiece representing 96% of what the company was offering. The remaining 272,596 shares were issued to the offering's guarantor MGA Holding AB.

As of Dec. 13, US$1 was equivalent to 9.15 Swedish kronor.
