Hwang Capital (Malaysia) proposes lower final dividend

Hwang Capital(Malaysia) Bhd. proposed a lower final single-tier dividend for thefiscal year ended July 31.

The company said Sept. 22 that it will pay a final dividendof 3 Malaysian sen per share, down from the prior fiscal-year dividend of 10 sen per share.

The proposed dividend is subject to shareholders' approval.

As of Sept. 22, US$1was equivalent to 4.10 Malaysian ringgit.
