Community Healthcare closes $75M common stock offering

Community HealthcareTrust Inc. closed its underwritten public offering of 4.5 million shares of its common stock at $17.75apiece, generating net proceeds of roughly $75 million.

As previously reported, the underwriters have been given a 30-dayoption to purchase up to an additional 675,000 shares of common stock.

The company contributed the net proceeds to Community HealthcareOP LP, which, in turn, plans to use the net proceeds to finance pending acquisitionsand repay borrowings outstanding under the company's revolving credit facility.

Sandler O'Neill + Partners LP, Evercore ISI and SunTrust RobinsonHumphrey acted as joint book-running managers for the offering, while BB&T CapitalMarkets, a division of BB&T Securities; Janney Montgomery Scott LLC; and Oppenheimer& Co. Inc. acted as co-lead managers for the offering.
