HTG Capital Partners LLC agreed to the introducing broker,money management and proprietary trading businesses of Kottke Associates LLC.

The deal is expected to close in the third quarter, subject tothe completion of certain closing conditions. Kottke Associates CEO Neal Kottkewill continue to be involved in the businesses that HTG Capital acquired.

HTG Capital is a trading company. Kottke Associates is anIllinois-based commodity trading adviser and futures brokerage company.
