Deepak Padaki replaces Ritika Suri as head of M&A. Suri hasbeen reassigned to lead the company's large deals program.

Narsimha Rao Mannepalli will head the cloud, infrastructureand security division, said an executive familiar with the development.Mannepalli is currently head of Infosys' Hyderabad center.
