Waterland to inject capital into German IT systems company netgo

Waterland Private Equity Investments BV will make an investment in netgo Unternehmensgruppe GmbH to boost the growth of the German IT systems provider.

The company's founders, Patrick Kruse and Benedikt Kisner, will continue to own a significant stake in the company and will remain on its board as managing directors.

Netgo plans to broaden its service portfolio via targeted acquisitions for similar businesses in Germany.

The deal is still subject to approval by the German competition authorities.
