Public JSC Omskshina said its first-half normalized net income was 5.57 Russian rubles per share, a decrease of 64.9% from 15.89 rubles per share in the prior-year period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was 5.6 million rubles, a decrease of 64.9% from 16.1 million rubles in the prior-year period.
Total revenue rose 25.7% year over year to 4.83 billion rubles from 3.84 billion rubles, and total operating expenses grew 26.5% year over year to 4.82 billion rubles from 3.81 billion rubles.
Reported net income decreased 32.0% year over year to 3.5 million rubles, or 3.47 rubles per share, from 5.2 million rubles, or 5.10 rubles per share.
As of Aug. 25, US$1 was equivalent to 64.70 Russian rubles.
