Mapletree Investments buys Melbourne office tower for A$145M

Mapletree Investments paid A$145 million to acquire an office tower at St. Kilda Rd. in Melbourne, IPE Real Estate reported.

According to the report, the property is the Singaporean company's first acquisition in the Melbourne office market and its seventh Australian office asset overall.

As of Aug. 9, US$1 was equivalent to A$1.27.
