Banco Internacional de Costa Rica offers bonds worth up to $8.0M

Banco Internacional de Costa Rica SA on Feb. 2 planned to offer 1-year negotiable bonds worth up to $8.0 million, the bank said in a Feb. 1 filing with Panama's securities regulator.

The series EO bonds will be issued Feb. 6 at an annual interest rate of 3.75%. The notes are part of the bank's negotiable bonds program for up to $100 million.
