Global Risk Partners Ltd. acquired Birrell Group Ltd., comprising Kingsway Insurance Services and Bausor Hall Associates Ltd.

The Leicestershire-based broker will continue to function as a stand-alone brand within Global Risk Partners, and will become its hub broker in the Midlands.

The acquired entity's entire team, including Managing Director Leigh Birrell and Director James Birrell, will remain with the business.
