National Australia Bank Ltd. said it fixed a glitch that prevented customers from accessing NAB Connect, its online business banking tool, the previous day, The Sydney Morning Herald reported, citing a spokeswoman.
The spokeswoman added that the bank's business services were operating normally. The bank's statement came after the bank said in an Oct. 11 tweet that its business customers were facing troubles logging into NAB Connect, noting that it was working to resolve the issue.
The bank, however, did not disclose how many customers were affected by the outage.
