The company's shares of class A common stock are listed onthe Nasdaq Stock Market under the symbol VIRT.

Virtu Financial intends to use the net proceeds torepurchase an equivalent number of nonvoting common interest units of VirtuFinancial LLC. Additionally, the company will use the proceeds to repurchasecorresponding shares of its class C common stock from certain of its equityholders, including current and former employees and certain pre-initial publicoffering investors, at a net price equal to the price paid by the underwriterfor shares of the company's class A common stock in this offering.
