Swire Properties taps startups in co-working hub relaunch

Swire Properties Ltd. relaunched its co-working space brand, blueprint, in its Taikoo Place property in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.

The new co-working hub is designed for startup companies, small businesses and multinational companies looking for temporary space, the company said. Its 30,000-square-foot flexible office space offers a 90-desk co-working area, along with 13 private offices and a 10,000-square-foot events area.

Blueprint is part of Swire's HK$15 billion redevelopment project. It was previously located at Cornwall House and now occupies two floors of the Dorset House at Taikoo Place.
