Delko Q3 profit climbs 18.0% YOY

Delko SA said its third-quarter normalized net income amounted to 29 groszy per share, an increase of 18.0% from 25 groszy per share in the prior-year period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was 1.7 million zlotys, an increase of 18.0% from 1.5 million zlotys in the year-earlier period.

The normalized profit margin climbed to 1.4% from 1.1% in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue totaled 127.8 million zlotys, compared with 128.6 million zlotys in the year-earlier period, and total operating expenses came to 124.5 million zlotys, compared with 125.5 million zlotys in the prior-year period.

Reported net income grew 15.3% year over year to 2.3 million zlotys, or 38 groszy per share, from 2.0 million zlotys, or 33 groszy per share.

As of Nov. 13, US$1 was equivalent to 3.95 zlotys.
