Agile Group plans US$100M boost to proposed US$300M capital securities offering

Agile Group Holdings Ltd. is planning to add US$100 million to its recently announced plan to issue US$300 million in senior perpetual capital securities.

For the follow-on offering, the Chinese company entered into a separate agreement with the Hong Kong branch of UBS AG, one of the joint book runners and joint lead managers for the securities issue. In a filing, Agile Group said the terms of the additional securities will be identical to the original securities, down to the issuance date.

The company said it will use the net proceeds from the additional issuance to refinance certain existing debt.
