Polish debt collection company Kruk SA agreed to acquire 100% of Spain-based Espand Soluciones de Gestion.

The Spanish company employs 118 people and offers debt collection and comprehensive credit management services to 30 business partners, including four top banks in Spain. The company's revenue amounted to €4.1 million in 2015.
