Savills Singapore launched the collective sale tender for the Beaufort On Nassim freehold condominium in the city-state's District 10 with a reserve price of about S$222.7 million, The Business Times reported Aug. 28, citing the marketing agent.
The 30-unit property at 12 Nassim Rd. sits on a roughly 4,212.6-square-meter residential site with a 1.4 gross plot ratio under the Urban Redevelopment Authority's Master Plan 2014. The site carries an approval for a gross floor area of 5,890.82 square meters.
Beaufort On Nassim will remain on offer until Sept. 30. At the time of the tender's launch, 26 out of the property's 30 unit owners consented to the sale of the four-story development.
As of Aug. 28, US$1 was equivalent to S$1.39.
