Siddhartha Bank closes Business Universal Development Bank deal

SiddharthaBank Ltd. has closed its merger with Business Universal DevelopmentBank.

The merged bank has 69 branches, 65 branchless bankinglocations and 81 ATMs, according to a June 21 statement. The paid-up capital ofthe bank is 3.02 billion Nepalese rupees.

As of June 22, US$1was equivalent to 107.92 Nepalese rupees.
